Dear Friends of Arch Street,
We are excited to be celebrating our 28th year of service and reaching over 15,000 student visits annually. We are the longest running, privately funded, not-for-profit teen center in our country. Our mission goes well beyond providing teens with a safe environment in which to connect and socialize with their peers. Arch Street is committed to being the “go-to” adolescent resource in the Greenwich community by offering a diverse range of healthy and informative programs:
Teen Programs and Classes: Yoga, biking, paddle boarding, hip-hop, theater and dance classes; CPR certification; acoustical performance nights, and our new recording studio. Our popular Arch Street Meets speaker series brings in business leaders to discuss their careers.
Community Service: Arch Street kids give over 1,000 hours of service and our teen governing board, representing local public and private schools, provides students with important opportunities for leadership.
Meeting Space: The Coffee House is a safe, after school place to study and socialize, with complimentary Wi-Fi and snacks every day of the week.
Student Socials: Age-appropriate opportunities for middle schoolers with DJ dances, mini-golf and obstacle course themed parties and high school dances with professionally trained security staff.
Parent Education: Featuring adolescent experts in the fields of mental and physical health, social media and education.
We rely on The Greenwich Teen Center, Arch Street Annual Appeal to help us meet our operating expenses, including this year’s capital improvement to the aging HVAC system of our warehouse-like space. With your support, together we can face the challenges and embrace the joys of adolescence.
Thank you for your generosity.
